Can't recommend enough!! Fast, affordable, professional, and really knows what he is doing. Tyler encapsulated our crawl space back in the spring with a dehumidifier and sump pump. It has been several months since then it it still is holding up great. I know because we have been down there several times fixing floor joists, plumbing, electrical, installing new fiber lines and several other projects. It really makes a world of difference when you are down there working. My wife is obsessed with air quality and it has made the air in our house much more fresh. Sealing up the entire space has also helped insulate through the winter and help energy bills (minimally) and the comfort level overall. Just had Swift Crawlspace Solutions redo my crawlspace (after their free inspection last year) ...installing a new, thicker vapor barrier and a microbial treatment. They arrived on time and did a FABULOUS job. Got to work immediately, inspecting the area once again, replacing the old barrier and doing a microbial treatment scrub.
